Our Philosophy

We are not a booking platform. We are travel designers. We work the way an architect or a tailor would: we listen first, then we design, and only at the end we take care of reservations. Every journey starts from who you are, not from what is available.

Neri Matteo Bocchetti

Born in Campania, I returned home in 2023 after years abroad to create a different way of travelling. Since leaving finance in 2014, I have crafted journeys beyond mass tourism, connecting curious travellers with the people, places, and passions hidden beneath the surface of a region. My aim is to open doors to deeper encounters with culture, knowledge, and human connection.

Born in Salerno, I left for Barcelona and returned with a camera and a different perspective.
I photograph what makes this land unique and i founded Salerno & Beyond with Matteo to look beyond the postcard—and into the stories that shape it.
