Across the landscapes of Southern Italy, you will meet artisans whose work is inseparable from memory, rhythm, and land. A fig grower in the Cilento hinterland who still dries and braids his harvest as it was done generations ago. A shepherd-cheesemaker working at dawn, transforming warm milk into ricotta and cacioricotta. A fisherman who practices the ancient Menaica technique — a net so precise it selects only the strongest fish, one by one.
